2. Are your items ready-made or custom-made?

We offer both. Some of our items are ready-to-wear, while others are made-to-order or customizable based on your preferences. Please refer to the product page for details.


3. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through the payment and shipping process securely.


4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via:

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We deliver worldwide using reliable couriers like DHL, Aramex, and The Courier Guy. International shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout.


6. How long will it take to receive my order?
  • South Africa: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 5–10 business days
    For custom or made-to-order items, please allow additional time (5–7 days for processing).


7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.


8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or tailored items are non-refundable.

9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@jiworkluxury.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll resolve it with a refund, exchange, or replacement.


10. Can I cancel or change my order?

11. Do you offer gift packaging or personal messages?
