At JI Work Luxury, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Customized, tailored, or made-to-order items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage not caused by us


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at support@jiworkluxury.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  4. Return the item using a trackable courier service (shipping cost is your responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email if your return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Email support@jiworkluxury.com with your order number and exchange request.

  • Once approved, we will ship the replacement after receiving your returned item.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jiworkluxury.com.

  • Attach clear photos of the issue.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.


7. International Orders

International returns are accepted, but:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees.

  • Refunds will only cover the product amount, not international shipping charges.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account.

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
